Answer to twitter enquiry. This is a two pole banner, about 2m x 4m. Amy Pond and Dr Who are holding the guy ropes to stop the banner being blown forwards or backwards. Other people would be the night lights. there would be guy ropes on the other pole as well.

This butterfly is by Pollie Scott.

It's done by pricking, (parchment craft). She pricked some areas from front to back, then reversed to make different textures. Pollie also used an embossing tool to make the white areas.
